Installation

We know that you make a big decision with your purchase. Count on us to deliver the exact building you order as promised with the best in the business drivers and setup equipment.

When we leave your property, your building will be leveled and sufficiently setup with cinder blocks. Ask us about blocking details.

We are not responsible for any lawn or other damages that occur during delivery. Be prepared to provide timely access to your site.

Professional Delivery

Delivery may be subject to permits and escort fees.

The customer needs to check for narrow spots, low-hanging wires or branches before delivery. There is an additional fee if the site is difficult to access.

Actual width on 16' buildings is 15' 7" to meet wide load restrictions.

Storage Buildings

Free delivery for the first 20 miles from the Chuckey construction site. Beyond 20 miles, standard mileage charges apply.

Horse Barns

Free delivery for the first 50 miles from the Chuckey construction site. Beyond a 50 mile radius, call for delivery rates.

A semi-tractor and trailer is usually required to bring in a horse barn, depending upon the size.

Setup

We are not responsible for any site pre-preparation.

Storage Buildings

We provide cinder block for setup at a per block rate and level the building.

For all 16' wide buildings, a level site is required with a gravel or concrete pad.
